My name is Sweety. I started to work with Basha on June 30, 2019. I changed my life to work here. I love my workplace because all the staff are women and because of this I can work easily like a family. I have no children. I have a dream that someday I will buy some land and build a house. I will start farming and rearing domestic animals to be economically stronger. If my neighbor or any women is in a crisis I can help her to communicate with Basha because here there is no violence towards women and the working environment is very good. I had a good experience during this Covid19 pandemic time because when my father and my brothers had no earnings during this time, I was able to fully support them to buy food. That is why I now have a good relationship with my family. I have worked here one and a half years and I can sew every product. I help my colleagues to complete their tasks. I feel proud to help my family during this Covid19 pandemic.
