My name is Airine. I completed six months of training and now I am ready for work in production. I learned many things during the training time. I learned how I can love and respect myself, how to make the right decisions, and how I can manage my family and money. I learned many things these past six months and it has changed my life. I want to make a good life now. After five years, I want to have savings for my future. Because I have no baby, I want to adopt a baby. I have lots of friends and I tell them to come to Basha and work with honesty. I love to work here. One thing I love very much is respect. Everyone here at Basha respects each other. As well, all office staff and the artisans are treated as equals. Here staff encourage me lots and love it very much.
