My name is Sultana. I have been working with Basha for more than three years. In the last few months I started saving my money. I have a salary account now and this has made a big change in my life. I love to work with Basha because there is no male staff. I have two daughters. They both go to school. My dream is for my daughters not to have a life of suffering like me. I did really hard work to live a good life and I am still working hard. In the next five years I want to see myself in a very good position. I like to sew kanthas. For me double size kanthas are hard to finish properly, but I’m trying hard to do big kanthas properly. I can sew edges properly. Sometimes I help others with that. I’m proud of myself that I have a job and I can earn money for my family.
