I am Ruma Begum.I have three children. My twin daughters are in class three and my younger son is in class one. My husband died in 2012. I moved into my parent’s house with my kids.
My father works by the ferry selling roadside snacks which are called chotpoti. I helped him to prepare the snacks but I never earned money so I was a burden to my parents.
Now I work at Basha. I earn money so that I can contribute to the household. I dream of a better future for my children and my work with Basha will help me to fulfill that dream.
