My name is Rabi. I have worked with Basha more than one year now. I love to work with Basha because I love Basha’s working environment. I love the way we start our day together with a reflection. I love the people who work here even though we have so many problems. We consider each other sisters. I have three children and they come to daycare. My dream is to raise my children in a proper way. My husband doesn’t take care of me. He doesn’t like to work. For that reason I need to do work to run my family. My work quality is good, but my hands are slow. I’m trying hard to work fast. I’m proud of myself that I’m doing whatever I can do for my children. My children are my strength.
