My name is Aleya. I have been working with Basha for four years. I am doing this job with good health now. It has helped my life. I can keep my daughter at daycare safely and she learns good manners. She likes to sing songs and dance. She wants to celebrate her birthday with her friends. She likes to help others so much. I want to see my children have good lives in the future. I am trying to buy a cow and go to the village. If women have a hard time then I usually give them food and tell them to come to this office for a job. I learned from my mom to help others. I will tell any woman to come here because she can keep her children here at daycare and at the same time do her job in a safe environment. My relationships with other people has become better. Before I used to talk to other women so much, but now I do not talk to them unnecessarily. Now I do my work and live without any tension. I like to lay out kantha blankets (Layering sari’s tautly and basting). I make king, queen, double, and single kantha blankets. I like to do all kinds of products. It was hard to learn at first, but now I finish the product within a few days. I also make small products. If anyone has a problem understanding any sewing then I show them how to finish. I feel proud that I do this job and I lead my own life. I do not need to depend on anyone for my finances; no one says that he/she provides my food. I enjoy my work.
