Meet Rozina Khatun. Rozina has been part of the B Meet Rozina Khatun. Rozina has been part of the Basha Enterprise Jashore branch since 2017. For years, she worked with dedication, learning, growing, and quietly dreaming of something more. Today, she smiles a little wider, because she is now an entrepreneur. A few months ago, Rozina invested in an old vermicelli-making machine. On her holidays, she uses it to produce vermicelli and sell it within her community. What started small is already filled with hope. Her dream is for this production to grow bigger and last for many years to come. Rozina is deeply thankful, to God, and to Basha Enterprise, for standing beside her on this journey. Stories like hers remind us why we do what we do: supporting women as they build skills, confidence, and futures of their own.

Shati (name changed) is a mother whose life was tr Shati (name changed) is a mother whose life was transformed through her work at Basha. Through a safe and supportive environment, she found stability, strength, and a renewed sense of confidence. When her youngest daughter became seriously ill, the support surrounding Shati helped ensure access to life-saving medical care. Through her work, she has been able to provide for her family—her oldest daughter is now studying and enjoying time with friends, and her infant son is healthy and thriving thanks to daily high-protein snacks. Shati also continues to receive mental health support for postpartum depression through Basha.
